1.Conditions booking

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of departure of the guest’s stay reservation.

For stays less than 7 nights, the rate of the credit card the amount of the first night’s stay is made upon confirmation.

For stays from 7 nights, the deposit amount to be paid (by credit card, bank transfer or check) is 30% of the total

stay half board basis.

The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit, therefore, the hotel will send the client a confirmation as well as

2. Prices

All rates include VAT, unless tax.

3. Terms of Payment

The final invoice must be paid no later than the day of departure.

Deposits received are deducted from the final bill if the reservation has been met in full.

6. Changing more than 7 nights

In case of early departure, the deposit will not be deducted from the invoice. The hotel can demand payment of the total price of the reservation if agreed

7. Cancellation of stay

Any bookings made via online booking site must be canceled by the customer on the same website.
