The restaurant is open every day from 12h00 till 13h30 and to 19h00 till 21h00.
Chef Olivier Gaillard, surpriser. For 19 years, it calls for the rediscovery of the Provencal recipes of yesteryear and concot new creations valuing local products.
The Restaurant is member of the Charte « Flavors and Fragances » in land of the Haute-Provence and supports local producers.
